All forms, personal information and payment on this website are encrypted and secure. All personal data is protected under the Data Protection Act and will not be passed on to anyone else without your permission.

We have a limited number of places on each course, to avoid disappointment it is advisable to pay your fees as soon as you can.

If your employer is paying and you would prefer to be invoiced, please notify Jonathan Richards at Right Brain Courses.

All opinions of Right Brain trainers/speakers/participants are there own and do not reflect that of Jonathan Richards and Right Brain Courses.

If you choose the option of using actors it is highly likely that you may have to adapt some of your writing for performance and you may have to commit extra time outside the course hours.

Any recorded material of actors should be used for personal use only, never public performance or profit making enterprises. However, it can be used as a record of education or use in a portfolio for a job interview.

In the event of cancellation by you after paying in full, a refund of the balance will be made provided that notice of 7 days is given before the course begins.

No refund will be made for whatever reason if you cancel after the course has begun.

In the unlikely event that Right Brain has to cancel your course, a full refund will be made if full payment has already taken place. Where serious illness prevents prolonged attendance you will require a Doctor’s certificate for a full refund. Where temporary illness/compassionate leave prevent attendance, course notes and personal tuition will be added to make up for lost time but there will be no refund.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you also agree to attend every session and behave with: respect to fellow students, good humour and a hard working attitude. Right Brain reserves the right to exclude, without refund, anyone who does not comply with these rules.
